Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy covers every game published by Emilie & Ben's World of Adventures ("we", "us"), including Squishy: Wheel Jump. Our games are made for children, and we designed them to collect as little as possible. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hello@gamesforkids.family.

The short version

Information stored on the device

To let a family share one device, a player can enter a name and choose a photo. Name, photo, scores, unlocked characters and settings are saved only on the device, inside the game. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the game deletes them.

A photo is only read when a player chooses one from the photo library. The game never accesses the camera or other photos.

Advertising

Our free games show ads through Google AdMob. Every ad request is tagged as directed to children and limited to content rated suitable for general audiences. Under this setting, Google does not use personalised advertising or remarketing and limits the data it processes. To deliver an ad and protect against fraud, Google may process technical information such as the device's IP address, device type, operating system and app version. Read how Google handles this in Google's privacy information for partner apps.

Our games do not ask for permission to track (Apple's App Tracking Transparency) and do not use the advertising identifier for tracking.

A grown-up can remove ads with a one-time purchase. An optional video that gives an extra heart may still be offered, but is only shown if the player chooses to watch it.

Purchases

The "Remove ads" purchase is processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Purchases are protected by a grown-up check inside the game and by the device's own purchase settings. We receive only confirmation that the purchase was made, so the game can turn ads off. We never receive names, emails or payment details.

Notifications

If a parent switches on the daily reminder, the reminder is scheduled by the device itself. No information is sent to us to deliver it, and it can be switched off at any time in the game settings or the device settings.

Analytics

Our games do not include third-party analytics. If we ever add crash reporting to fix bugs, it will collect only technical information about the crash, never personal information, and we will update this policy first.

Children's privacy

Our games are designed for children under 13. We follow the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe, including their rules for children. Since we do not collect personal information from children, there is nothing for us to share, sell or disclose.

Changes to this policy

If we change how our games handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
